I curate transformative learning experiences that honor energetic wholeness, deepen self-remembering, and help leaders awaken their inner power, sparking positive, sacred transformation while respecting the interconnectedness of all beings and the wisdom of the Earth.
My work bridges multiple ways of knowing, from eco-phenomenology to Indigenous science, and focuses on reconnecting with nature’s agency. I design experiences that awaken creativity and leadership in others, drawing on practices of self-observation and interconnectedness to foster holistic awareness.
As an educator, researcher, and convenor, I integrate academic inquiry with real-world application, creating spaces for dialogue, exploration, and collaboration. In my roles as an executive coach, consultant, facilitator, intuitive guide, and strategic thought partner, I support leaders in bringing their whole selves into their work and navigating complex challenges with clarity and purpose. I believe transformation begins with asking the right questions, and by engaging imagination, intuition, and creativity, we can co-create practical, meaningful solutions.
Having experienced diverse roles — from civil society activist, political organizer, and lawyer in my native Albania, to coach, teacher, poet, and mother in the United States — I bring a rich and multifaceted perspective to helping others step into their fullest potential as present, creative leaders.

Hora Institute is an activator of Albanian Indigenous and Folk wisdom, using practical storytelling to support new narratives of healing and flourishing. It preserves the oral tradition by transforming it into written works and other forms of action research. Hora in Vranisht, a village in southern Albania, is a unique traditional dance specific to that region. Vranisht is known for its rich cultural heritage, and Hora is part of the village's deep-rooted customs and social gatherings. In Vranisht, Hora is known as a physical space that represents the heart of the village, where people gather, engage in communal activities, and celebrate cultural traditions. It's a symbol of unity and collective identity for the village.
